Drag orders onto machines, and InjectOS checks overlap, mold compatibility, due date and maintenance windows in the same moment. Three zoom levels from daily work to the monthly outlook, a now-line for the current state.
Shifts the plan respects.
One, two or three shifts, different per plant, with breaks: the working-time model puts blocked zones straight into the plan. What can't run at night can't be scheduled there.
Molds that count themselves.
The shot counter increments automatically with every completion (quantity ÷ cavities). Maintenance by shot count, time or end of run; hot-runner, 2K, stack and family molds as their own types with their own rules. The system checks machine compatibility itself.
Maintenance with a sense of duty.
Statutory safety inspections (DGUV V3) are flagged as mandatory — not skippable, not overbookable, shown as a blocked slot in the Gantt. Manufacturer checklists and fillable PDF protocols for Arburg, Engel, KraussMaffei, Haitian and Wittmann Battenfeld are on file; the completed PDF is read back in automatically.
Master data with substance.
Articles with cycle time, shot weight and material mix; machines with tonnage, clamping unit and operating-hour counter. Change a cycle time and InjectOS updates open orders automatically, running ones with a note.
