Is InjectOS an ERP or an MES?
A full ERP — with the shop-floor depth an MES usually has. You don't need a second piece of software for scheduling, molds and shot counting. Direct machine data acquisition (MDA/BDE) is on the public roadmap; today operators report back through the browser.
Where does our data live?
On servers in Germany, separated per tenant at database level, backed up encrypted every day. On request we'll go through it with your IT — or with your automotive customer.
What happens to our spreadsheets?
We take them with us. We import articles, molds, machines and customers structured from your files — as a fixed-price package for €990. Still locked in a legacy system? Then we review the sources up front in a migration assessment (from €490, credited later) and give you a binding fixed-price offer.
How long does rollout take?
Days, not months — starter customers are often productive in the first week. You don't need an IT department, a browser is enough.
What does an ERP for a small injection-molding shop cost?
InjectOS starts at €299/month (PPS Core, up to 5 machines) and goes up to €1,999/month for a large machine park with all modules. All prices are public on the pricing page, tiered by machine count and including every add-on cost.
What does InjectOS deliberately not do?
Payroll and statutory accounts — that's what your tax advisor is for, and that's exactly where InjectOS exports via DATEV. Machine data acquisition (MDA) is on the roadmap.
How long am I committed?
Twelve months initial term, then cancellable monthly. Your data is yours — export anytime.
Can we run it without the cloud?
Yes. For shops with strict IT requirements (e.g. in the automotive cascade) there's InjectOS on-premise as an individual offer with a maintenance contract.
